With over 20 years in risk, law enforcement and successfully leading loss functions within large retail chains, Iain has consistently delivered up to 30% reductions in losses, through identifying and building layered initiatives to mitigate risks.
Leveraging a data-led approach, Iain’s skill sits in identifying the key gaps in policies, process or training that inadvertently put firms at increased risk.
Responsible for over $400 million in increased profit through the last 10 years, Iain is passionate about helping people in retail and hospitality continue to grow their business through uncertain times and keep their business and team safe in the process.
